Jasper Health Navigators are composed of professionals with extensive credentials like holistic nutritionists, registered nurses, patient navigators, social workers with expertise in oncology, psychology, palliative care, navigation, and coaching. Although our team does not offer advice on treatment decisions or supplement clinical care from existing healthcare providers, they can address psychosocial needs related to mental health, sleep, nutrition, physical activity, quality of life, and financial planning.
In addition to our existing capabilities, we have recently introduced the Jasper Compass platform for enhanced support throughout every stage of cancer diagnosis to remission, palliative care, and -of-life care. This interactive tool allows patients to develop shared action plans that cater directly to their psychosocial needs while integrating seamlessly with caregivers and healthcare professionals.
The Jasper Compass Cancer Care Management Platform utilizes ePRO data and biometric information for risk stratification and prioritizing urgent interventions or support based on each patient's needs.
